Hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”.
Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the sale and delivery of the product(s) that the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Delivery
The product will be delivered to the individual or organization at the address specified by the BUYER.
Acceptance and Acknowledgment
The BUYER acknowledges that they are informed about the essential characteristics, price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the products through the SELLER’s website and that they confirm these electronically.
Delivery Time
The product will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise stated on the product page and depending on the BUYER’s location.
Delivery to Third Parties
If the product is to be delivered to someone other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible for any refusal of acceptance by the recipient.
Product Condition
The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in full, in proper condition, and as described, with all necessary documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals.
Payment
The product will only be delivered once payment is received. If the payment fails or is reversed, the SELLER is not obligated to deliver the product.
Unauthorized Use of Payment Instrument
If a third party unlawfully uses the BUYER’s credit card after product delivery, and the relevant bank does not reimburse the SELLER, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing delivery, the SELLER must inform the BUYER. The BUYER may cancel the order, request a replacement, or agree to a postponed delivery. If canceled, the payment will be refunded within 10 days.
Defective Products
Products covered by a warranty may be returned to the SELLER for repair, with shipping costs covered by the SELLER.
Typographical Errors
The SELLER is not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect pricing.
Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of product delivery. To use the right of withdrawal:
- Notification must be sent to the SELLER via email or phone within 7 days.
- The product must not have been used and must be returned with its original packaging and invoice.
- If the invoice is not provided, taxes cannot be refunded.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the BUYER unless the product is defective.
Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Unsealed software and digital content
- Media such as CDs, DVDs, or cassettes
- Consumables such as toner, cartridges, ribbons
- Cosmetic or health products that have been opened
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the SELLER’s or BUYER’s province are authorized, up to the monetary limits defined by the Ministry of Trade.
By placing an order, the BUYER agrees to all terms of this agreement.
